Menu's, a death screen and new ship art!!!!

• Scaled the dmg and health of the enemies. 
• Made more useful health counter
• Added a Pause menu(Spacebar to open)
• Added Game Over Screen
• Added new custom player sprite!!!!

New Sprite is provided by my friend who I might have convinced into doing this gam with me. 

This game is just building on the outline of the tutorial I started with. It will not be the one submitted.
